Cryptanthus Black Mystic – is a small dark Cryptanthus that has almost a black/grey foliage. Although it is used mainly in the interior as a small accent plant it can be used outdoors but must be protected.

Neoregelia Fireball – is a real old-timer. Generally you’ll find it used as a small plant in arrangements or as one of the supporting cast in a Bromeliad tree. But you’ll also find it right at home in a large mass of “fireballs” when its maroon foliage is grown in bright sun

Aechmea ‘Samuri’ – is a variegated variety that has yellow stripe running down the center of the leaf. It also carries the light silver cast or banding on the foliage. The red bloom adds to the beauty both in the landscape or interior.

Neoregelia Royal Burgundy – if you look at the cranberry sauce during Thanksgiving you’ll have a good idea of what Royal Burgundy can offer you color wise. A great color addition to the landscape.

Guzmania ‘Yellow Marjan’ – is an excellent Bromeliad for use in the interior. Its orange/yellow bloom adds a bright tropical look and provides color for months. Yellow Marjan is medium in size reaching a height of 24 inches.

Neoregelia Zoe – is another great plant to be used in mass plantings since it’s low in height of only 12 inches but fans out to about 24 inches wide. Its stoloniforus nature allows it to create mounts of variegated maroon foliage topped off salmon colored rosettes. Zoe

Aechmea ‘Volcano’

Guzmania Superb – has variegated foliage with a bright yellow stripe down the center of the leaves. A red star-like bloom makes this plant very attractive for use as a stand alone plant or grouped with others. Superb is a little on the smaller size of many of the Guzmani

Aechmea zebrina – is an ole time Aechmea. The dark green foliage carries attractive silver banding on the leaves underside. When in flower the orange/yellow bloom gives a striking contrast to the dark foliage and reaching a height of 36 inches.

Aechmea ‘Patricia’ – originates from Bullis Bromeliads own in-house breeding program… and is named after Patricia Bullis. The bright orange bloom sits atop a bronze rosette of foliage and is perfect for the interior or landscape. Patricia can reach 38 inches in height and width.
